HOW DO I ORDER TAILOR-MADE CURTAINS?

Ordering tailor-made curtains is easy! Select the type of curtain you desire, choose your preferred fabric, select the measurements, and any additional customisation options. Our team will then craft your curtains to perfection.

 

CAN I REQUEST FABRIC SAMPLES BEFORE PLACING MY ORDER?

Yes, absolutely! We understand the importance of choosing a suitable fabric for your curtains. You can request fabric samples to ensure you make the perfect selection for your space. please note due to extensive fabric collection, we do not keep samples for each fabric. 

 

WHAT CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE CURTAINS?

DO YOU OFFER INSTALLATION SERVICES FOR THE CURTAINS?

At this stage, we do not provide installation services.

 

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR TAILOR-MADE CURTAINS?

The turnaround time for tailor-made curtains varies depending on the complexity of your order and current demand. However, we strive to complete orders promptly while maintaining the highest quality standards. 

 

WHAT IS THE APPROPRIATE DELIVERY TIME FOR ORDERS? 

The approximate delivery times to different states and territories are as follows:

  • Melbourne – Approximately 1-3 Business Days
  • Sydney, Adelaide – Approximately 2-5 Business Days
  • Brisbane, Perth – Approximately 3-7 Business Days
  • All areas outside Metro locations – Approximately 8-10 Business Days

HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE?

We offer Australia-wide FREE DELIVERY for all our Curtains. 

 

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate customer pickups – we exclusively trade online. However, we use a fast and reliable freight network to deliver your product quickly.

 

CAN MY ITEM BE DELIVERED TO A PO BOX?

We DO NOT deliver to PO Box addresses at this stage.

 

HOW DO I TRACK THE PROGRESS OF MY DELIVERY?

You will receive an email with full tracking details and information.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT AT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY?

Courier companies require a signature as proof of delivery. If you are not home when your goods are delivered, a card with instructions on arranging collection will be left. However, since COVID-19 started, most courier companies do not require a signature and may leave the parcel in a safe place.  

 

MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS INCORRECT; HOW CAN I CHANGE IT?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact Customer Care immediately. We can usually amend your shipping address; however, once our courier has picked up your order, we cannot make changes. 

 

MY ORDER WAS RETURNED TO SENDER, WHY?

Your order may be returned to the sender if you're not home or your address is wrong or incomplete. To avoid your products being returned, please ensure;
  • You provide the correct delivery address
  • Track your order regularly
  • Someone is available to accept and sign for your order

Home Curtains is not responsible for orders returned to the sender, will not refund or replace orders scanned as delivered by the shipping provider, and is not liable for return-to-sender orders that are lost or damaged.

 

ORDERS DECLARED LOST IN TRANSIT 

If our shipping provider declares an order lost, we will replace it free of charge.

 

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We will always make our best effort to accommodate any changes or cancellations. Please contact Customer Support; they will try to assist you with your query.

 

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY FOR FAULTY GOODS? 

If the goods arrive faulty or damaged, you must notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. We are happy to replace the faulty goods under our terms and conditions.

 

HOW DO I RETURN BROKEN OR DAMAGED GOODS? 

If you receive broken or damaged goods, please email Customer Service a photo of the broken goods within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

 

CAN I RETURN CUSTOM-MADE CURTAINS?

Please note the custom-made curtains are made-to-order. Please ensure the accuracy of your measurements before placing an order. We will try our best to accommodate the return, but in most cases, we DO NOT ACCEPT the return for custom-made curtains.  

 

WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY CUSTOM CURTAINS?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your custom curtains, please contact us, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or alteration. 

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?

Once we receive the items, we will initiate the refund for your account using the same transaction method you used for your original purchase. Generally, a refund takes 15 days from receiving the returned item(s).

 

DO I NEED TO PAY SHIPPING CHARGE IN CASE OF RETURNS?

We will cover the shipping cost if it is our fault, such as sending the wrong product or a breakage in transit. However, delivery charges are non-refundable; if you change your mind about the products you ordered, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound shipping costs.

 

I DO NOT HAVE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO RETURN THE ITEM.

Please note that the item must be unused in its original packaging. We may charge an additional fee for handling your return.

Please contact us if the items are faulty and you can no longer control the original packaging.
